Impaired driving defence in Ottawa

Alcohol-related driving offences are among the most common cases before the courts in Ontario. We defend people charged with over 80, impaired driving, failing or refusing to provide a breath sample, DUI, care and control and breathalyzer refusal, every day. We understand you may be worried about your driving privileges, your freedom and your future, and we review your case carefully to build a solid defence.

A drinking and driving arrest rarely happens during office hours. You can reach us 24/7, and we offer a free consultation. Our office is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days, with appointments available at other times.
