Description

Minardi Law is a criminal defence practice in Windsor led by Angelo P. Minardi, a Windsor-born lawyer who opened his practice in 2020. Angelo defends clients in Windsor and Chatham and in criminal courts across Ontario, and every client works directly with him and his staff.

Impaired driving defence in Windsor-Essex

An impaired driving charge is one of the most common, and most serious, criminal charges in Ontario. A conviction can mean a criminal record, a licence suspension, steep fines and even jail. Angelo defends:

  • Over 80: driving with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit
  • Refusal: refusing a lawful demand for a breath or blood sample
  • Drug-impaired driving: driving while impaired by cannabis or another drug
  • Impaired operation based on the officer’s observations

Impaired driving cases involve complex technical evidence and strict procedural requirements. Angelo reviews the breath testing, police procedure and your Charter rights, explains your options honestly and builds a defence around the specific facts of your case.

How it works

Your first consultation is free. Angelo reviews the details, gives you an honest assessment of where you stand, and discusses fees openly from day one. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
