Impaired driving and driving offences in Barrie

Driving charges can lead to more than fines or a licence suspension: a criminal record, higher insurance and, in serious cases, jail. Kimberly defends clients across Barrie and the surrounding area on:

  • Impaired driving (DUI)
  • Over 80 charges
  • Refusing a breath sample
  • Dangerous driving
  • Driving while prohibited or suspended
  • Careless and stunt driving

She reviews your case thoroughly, challenges the evidence where possible and explores every legal option, from a withdrawal or reduction of the charge to a full defence at trial.

About Kimberly Miles

She is an executive member of the Criminal Lawyers Association of the County of Simcoe, a past director for the Huronia/Muskoka district of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and a former part-time instructor at Georgian College.
